The Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on September 9, 2024 to review the draft service area report for Fire/EMS impact fees. The meeting will begin at 6 pm in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 121 N. Rouse Ave. The agenda will be available approximately 48 hours in advance through the Events section of the City's home page, Bozeman.net.

A copy of the service area report will be uploaded to the Documents section of this website and will be available through a link on the agenda as well.

The City is updating the local regulations that implement impact fees. These are primarily procedural and organization. A copy of the ordinance is in the document section of this webpage and will be available through the Commission's agenda as well.

The new Service Area Report for Fire Protection/EMS was adopted with an effective date of November 1, 2024. No changes to the draft report were made.

The Community Development Board in their capacity as the Impact Fee Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on February 24, 2025 to consider the service area reports for the Wastewater impact fee and the Water impact fee. The City Commission will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2025 to consider the service area reports for the Wastewater impact fee and the Water impact fee before deciding whether to accept the reports and adopt them for implementation.
