Key Dates
6pm: Historic Preservation Advisory Board Meeting
Historic Preservation Advisory Board Meeting at 6pm at City Hall. Project consultants, the Lakota Group, will join HPAB in-person for a discussion.
9-11am: NCOD Walking Tour (South Central Neighborhood)
Join the project team for a unique opportunity to tour part of the NCOD and learn about historic structures and the City's design review process. The NCOD is too large to walk in its entirety, so the tour will focus on an area with a variety of sites of interest. City staff will be on hand to discuss the staff perspective of what we reviewed, and the Lakota Group team will also be present to lend their expertise to the discussion. This tour will explore the South Black / South Tracy area of the South Central Neighborhood.
We will meet outside Ghost Town Coffee Roasters at 110 E Olive St and depart for the tour at 9:00am sharp.
