Text and Zoning Map Availability

The new zoning map is now available through the City's Community Development Viewer. When you open the map, look to the left and you will see +Zoning in the list of Layers. If you click on the + it will open two options to choose from. The top option turns on the new zoning that took effect on February 1st. The lower option turns on the old zoning map.

The new text of the Unified Development Code is now available through the City's online code servicer Municode. It appears in the typical table of contents as Chapter 38. It is currently available as a single PDF. Municode is working on getting the new text available in the typical section by section layout. If you are looking for the old code text, look at the top of the table of contents and click on the drop down arrow next to "Version". This opens a new menu where you can select from the text of the entire municipal code as it has been amended since 2012.
