Unified Development Code Adopted
On December 16th, the City Commission gave final adoption to Ordinance 2151 adopting the replacement of Chapter 38, Unified Development Code. No changes were made to the draft zoning map. One change was made to the text of Chapter 38, Section 38.220.050.B.1 to establish a maximum building height in B-3 of 90 feet. A revised copy of the text will be provided and posted to this website reflecting the change. The new ordinance will take effect on February 1, 2026.
